On behalf of the IARU Region 1 we would like to invite you and your fellow radio amateurs to participate in the annual 50 MHz IARU Region 1 Contest which is scheduled to take place, as usually, on the third weekend of June which is:

We have the pleasure to inform you that the UBA (Royal Union of Belgian Radioamateurs) is organising the 50 MHz IARU Region 1 Contest this year.

According to attached contest rules, all participants shall send logs to VHF Managers or National Contest Committees not later than on the second Monday following the contest weekend - 28th of June 2010.

Participants from countries that do not have VHF Manager or Contest Committees nominated can, by exception, send logs directly to the email: 50mhz [at] uba [dot] be
Collected logs by the national VHF (Contest) Managers can also be send to this address. Every mail wil be confirmed.
The VHF(contest) managers are also asked to send the logs to the contestrobot, to test this robot, like we agreed in the Vienna conference.

The claimed points and the final results will be available on the VHF pages of the website of the UBA at www.uba.be
