The UBA offers this award to both licensed HAMs and SWLs for having worked/heard and confirmed Belgian stations in cities and villages each having a different postcode. The sum of all these postcodes should at least be 500,000

Applicants are encouraged to make use of a special Excel file which

Anyone not using the file should prepare a GCR (iGeneral Certification Rule, i.e. a list of the data of your received QSL cards verified by two licensed HAMs) listing of all confirmed postcodes in ascending order.
