Peter, ON8VP gaat zijn eerste Flora Fauna activatie doen vanuit de Kapel Wittentak (ONFF-355) op zaterdag 04/04 aanstaande vanaf 08u00 in SSB en CW op de 40 en 20m banden. ON15CLEP – Herdenkingen WW1

Leden van de UBA sectie IPR (Ieper) zullen actief zijn met het bijzonder roepteken ON15CLEP van 04/04 tot 30/4/2015. Het 'Rustoord Clep' werd in 1869-1871 gesticht door Jozef Clep. Dit neoclassicistisch gebouw deed dienst tijdens de Eerste Wereldoorlog als Belgisch militair hospitaal en later het Belgisch Militair Hospitaal van Hoogstaede.QRV 80m SSB 3670 kHz, 40 m SSB 7070 kHz, VHF 2 m FM 145450 kHz, UHF 70cm FM 433,525 MHz.
QTH: Hoogstade (Alveringem), JO10IX. Rig: TS440S, dipoolantennes en delta loop 40/80m, vertical en yagi op de hogere banden, colineaire vertical 2m/70cm.
Elk QSO met ON15CLEP wordt bevestigd met een speciale QSL-kaart. QSL via bureau, of rechtstreeks aan:

The Spanish amateur radio society URE, is proud to announce that the national regulator has granted to all Spanish permit holders and to the URE's section club stations, a special prefix celebrating the 90th IARU anniversary, during the month of April 2015.EA stations will use the AM prefix.
EB stations will use the AN prefix.
EC stations will use the AO prefix.
"90" will be added after the call area number.
URE club stations in the mainland will share, not simultaneously, the call EG90IARU.
URE club stations outside the mainland (6, 8 and 9 call areas) will share, not simultaneously, the call EH90IARU.

LX90IARU will be active from 1/04 to 30/04/2015, all band all mode, to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the International Amateur Radio Union.QSL via LX2A. OQRS (Online QSL Requests) will be used too. Further info can be found on www.rlx.lu. RL is the national member society representing Luxembourg in the IARU.

Op zondag 22 maart 2015, zal de sectie NOL van UBA, een speciaal radiostation activeren onder de call OT70BULGE. Dit ter gelegenheid van de herdenkingen rond de slag van de Ardennen, meer bepaald de operaties Varsity en Plunder die de voorbereiding waren van de verovering van de Rijn. Op beide data zal een herdenkingsmars worden georganiseerd in de regio rond Bastenaken (Bastogne) en Wesel (Duitsland). Zowel Amerikaanse veteranen, hun nakomelingen als anderen, zullen daar aan deelnemen. QSL bureau via ON5LL.
